Are modular homes lower quality than a traditional build?

The opposite. Building indoors means framing and finishes are never exposed to weather, and every module passes multiple inspections before it leaves the factory. Formhaus homes meet the same National Construction Code standards as any site-built home, with a 10-year structural warranty.

How much does a Formhaus home cost?

Our models start from $189,000 for The Coastal. Your fixed-price contract covers the home, delivery and installation; site works such as foundations, connections and landscaping are quoted separately once we've assessed your land.

How long does the whole process take?

Most homes are delivered 12–16 weeks after design and approvals are finalised. Because we build in the factory while your site is being prepared, the total timeline is typically half that of a conventional build.

Can I customise the floor plan?

Yes. Every model is a starting point — extend rooms, reconfigure layouts, choose finishes and add studios or decks. Your architect will tailor the design to your site and budget.

Will it work on my block?

We specialise in sloping, remote and bushfire-prone sites. During your consult we assess access, aspect and services, then engineer the home and footings to suit. Most blocks across NSW, QLD and VIC are viable.
